Basildon Barbarians FC

The Basildon Barbarians are a new football club playing in the Reading and District Sunday League, Division Four West in the coming 2011/12 season. Our home ground is going to be the Upper Basildon Rec and we would love to see as many villagers as possible coming to support us at our home matches. We want to make the club a part of the community and are currently sponsored by two local businesses, The Red Lion in Aldworth Road and Lou La Belle in Pangbourne.

2011 Fixtures

The official season starts on September 4th. Here is a list of the upcoming fixtures and all games will kick off at 10.30am.The full results can be seen on the Reading and District Sunday League wesbite under the Four West division.

Sunday Sept 4 against Chalfont Park Res at home. League. Won: 9-3
Sunday Sept 11 against Theale Reserves away at Englefield Road. League.
Sunday Sept 18 against Park Villa at home. Berks and Bucks Cup first round.
Sunday Sept 25 against 116 Exiles ‘A’ away at Prospect Park. League.

We have two RG8 derbies this season against Pangbourne Res and Goring Utd Res. The full list of teams in our league is:
