Have you experienced problems with the website?

If you have seen a problem with the website, whether it is an incorrect fact, a broken link or just something obviously appearing incorrectly, please report to it to us. One of the annoying things about website development is that a page can look perfect on one computer in one browser but very wrong on another. We would like to try and fix all the mistakes and problems but we can only do this if we know about them! Please email any problems you experience to webmaster@basildon-berks.net. If the problem is related to the appearance of a page, please include the following details if possible:

  • Your Operating System - Mac OSX, Win XP, Linux, etc.
  • Your Browser name and version - Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 1.5, etc.
  • A description of the problem - The page(s) it appears on and how often, etc.
  • A screenshot if possible - Only really feasible on broadband connections.
If you are using a broadband connection, a screenshot of the issue would be very helpful to us. In Windows, you can copy a screenshot to the clipboard by pressing 'ALT+PrntScrn' and then in MS Word or MS Paint, etc., press 'CTRL+V' to paste the clipboard into the document. Add this document as an attachment to your email.
